FROM A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION TO A MOVEMENT OF HOPE: THE STORY OF WAGUMA LIFE REACH UGANDA Namutumba District, Uganda — What started as a simple birthday celebration has grown into a humanitarian movement dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable communities across Uganda. On October 29, 2024, as he marked his 40th birthday, Aggrey Waguma, who was born on October 29, 1984, in Mpenzia Village, Mazuba Parish, Magada Sub-county (then Iganga District, now Namutumba District), chose to celebrate differently. Instead of a personal celebration, he and a group of friends organized a community medical and charity outreach under the name Love Pack Foundation , with the tagline "Love for All." The initiative was born out of a desire to share love and give back to the community that had shaped his life.
